Betting should stay entertainment. This page sets out how to keep it that way, and what the desk and the panel can do to help when it stops being fun.
Our commitment
The desk wants you wagering with a clear head. Betting carries real financial risk, and for some people it becomes a problem. We will always tell you plainly what the panel can and cannot do, never push you to deposit, and never stand between you and a decision to stop. Your actual play happens on the panel, whose own player-protection tools apply — this page is how you reach them through the desk.
Keeping control
- Bet for entertainment, not as a way to make a living. There is no system that beats the market.
- Never chase losses. Chasing is how a bad evening becomes a bad month.
- Track time and money. Check the panel's history page to see your deposits, withdrawals and settled bets as they really are, not as you remember them.
- Set a budget per week or per month and stop when it's spent.
- Don't bet when upset, tired or drinking.
Limits you can set
The panel supports limits on your ID, and the desk can request them for you on WhatsApp:
- Deposit limits — cap what you can put in per day, week or month. Ask the desk, and it will be set on your ID.
- Lowering limits takes effect immediately. Raising a limit is deliberately slower, so a bad day can't talk you into it.
- Balance checks — ask the desk any time for a plain summary of your recent deposits and withdrawals.
Self-exclusion and taking a break
If you need to stop, message the desk on WhatsApp and say so. The desk can close your ID or suspend it for a period you choose, and request that the panel blocks new registrations from you. Suspension takes effect immediately when you ask. Deciding to come back later is your call — nothing about a closed ID chases you.
Underage gaming
IDs are for adults only — 18 and over, or your jurisdiction's legal gambling age if higher. Don't share your login with anyone younger, don't leave sessions open on shared devices, and log out when you're done. If a minor has used your ID, tell the desk immediately.
Where to get help
If gambling is hurting your finances, work or relationships, talk to someone. These organisations are free, independent and confidential:
- GamCare — support and counselling for anyone affected by problem gambling.
- Gambling Therapy — online support in multiple languages, including for players outside the UK.
Telling family or a friend is not weakness — it is the single most effective step most people take.
Contact
For limits, breaks or closure, WhatsApp the number on the contact page and say it plainly. The desk will act on it the same day.
